These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Ambassadors Word Church mobile application ("the App").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Purpose of the App

The App exists to provide access to church resources, sermons, devotionals, prayer, testimonies, events, and community features.

User Responsibilities

•You agree to use the App respectfully and in alignment with Christian values.
•You will not upload or share content that is offensive, harmful, unlawful, or violates the rights of others.
•You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

Content Submissions

By submitting prayers, testimonies, or any other content, you retain ownership of your content but grant Ambassadors Word Church a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it within the App in line with church values.

Content Guidelines – Prayer Submissions

When submitting prayer requests on the App, please follow these guidelines:

Respect & Kindness

Share requests in a way that is respectful to others and free from offensive or harmful language.

Clarity

Provide clear details about your prayer need so the community can pray effectively.

Confidentiality

Avoid including sensitive personal details (e.g., addresses, financial account info, or identifying third parties without their consent).

Appropriateness

Prayer requests should focus on genuine spiritual, personal, or family needs, and not be used for unrelated promotion or solicitation.

Language

Requests must be submitted in a respectful tone. Hate speech, threats, or discriminatory remarks will not be accepted.

Review

Submissions may be reviewed by church administrators before being shared publicly.

Content Guidelines – Testimony Submissions

When submitting testimonies on the App, please follow these guidelines:

Truthfulness

Share honest accounts of what God has done in your life. Do not exaggerate or fabricate details.

Respect

Testimonies must not insult, defame, or harm the reputation of others.

Privacy

Do not share personal details of others (names, contact info, medical details, etc.) without their explicit consent.

Clarity & Edification

Aim to make your testimony encouraging, faith-building, and clear to readers or listeners.

No Commercial Promotion

Testimonies should not be used to advertise businesses, products, or services.

Moderation

All testimonies will be subject to review by church administrators before being published or shared.

Intellectual Property

All content (sermons, devotionals, media, logos, etc.) in the App belongs to Ambassadors Word Church and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

Termination of Use

The Church reserves the right to suspend or remove access if a user violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is." Ambassadors Word Church is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/State].

Dispute Resolution
